1.       Marketing Unit (MKU)

2.       Marketing Training Program (SMART TP)

General Requirements

§ Min SMA/SMK or equivalent

§ Max age 32 years old

§ At least 1 year of experience as sales/marketing at micro finance institution, such as BPR, cooperative and Multi Finance (MKU)

§ At least 1 year experience as sales/marketing at manufacture or consumer good companies (SMART TP)

§ Mastering local language and culture

§ Familiar with Word and Excel programs

§ Have a good communication skill, honest, discipline and target oriented

§ Have personal vehicle and license/SIM C

§ Preferable have customer data base (MKU)

§ Willing to follow the education and training programs outside the city (SMART TP)
