§ Min D3 § Max age 36 years old § Preferably experienced as micro finance unit head at least 2 years or as micro finance loan officer/marketing at least 3 years § Have a good leadership skill § Mastering local language and culture § Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)	§ Min D3 § Max age 32 years old § Preferably min 2 years of experience as analyst or credit/loan officer at micro finance § Mastering local language and culture § Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) § Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)
Kolektor Unit (KLU) & Remedial	Smart Training Program (SMPT)
§ Male § Min SMA/SMK or equivalent (KLU) § Min S1 Law (Remedial) § Max age 30 years old § Preferably min 2 years of experience in the field of collection at banking or micro finance § Have a good communication skill § Have a personal vehicle (SIM C)	§ Min SMA/SMK § Max age 32 years old § At least 2 years of experience as Sales/Markering in manufacture or Consumer Goods Companies or at least 1 year experience as Sales/Marketing in micro finance institution § Mastering local language and culture § Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)
Staf Legal Cabang (Code : LG)	Staf Keuangan Cabang
§ Male § S1 Law Max age 32 years old § At least 2 years of experience as Legal in Finance Institution (Bank, Micro Finance, Multi Finance) § Have a good knowledge of credit process and able to work administratively § Have a personal vehicle and SIM C § Placement Banjarmasin	§ Preferably Male § Min D3 Accounting/Finance § Max age 28 years old and not married (preferably) § At least 2 years of experience as finance/credit staff in finance institution § Understanding Accounting and Finance Administration § Have a good communication skill § Familiar with MS Office (Word & Excel) § Placement in Banjarmasin
