At present, Darma Henwa transformed into an integrated mining and energy service provider.

Mine Operation Team Leader
(Kalimantan Area)

Requirements

§ Male, age maximum 35 years

§ Education min. High school or equivalent / DIII/S1 Mining

§ Experience the same position min. 3 years on Coal Mining Contracting Company.

§ Have a POP certificate (in priority)

§ Able to operate min. 3 types of Heavy Equipment (for a high school education)

§ Able to direct and develop subordinates in work

§ Willing to work under pressure

§ Willing to be placed at the project site (remote area)

Long Term Engineer
(Kalimantan Area)

Requirements

§ Male, age maximum 35 years

§ Minimum S1 majoring in Mining Engineering

§ Min 3 years working experience in similar position

§ Have a POP certificate (in priority)

§ Mastering software (M. Office, Minescape & XPAC) and Minex Software (preferred)

§ Understanding the Process Mining, long-term planning and scheduling

§ Willing to work under pressure

§ Willing to be placed at the project site (remote area)

Short Term Engineer
(Kalimantan Area)

Requirements

§ Male, age maximum 30 years

§ Minimum S1 majoring in Mining Engineering

§ Min 3 years working experience in similar position

§ Have a POP certificate

§ Mastering software (M. Office, Minescape & XPAC) and Minex Software (preferred)

§ Understanding the Process Mining, long-term planning and scheduling

§ Willing to work under pressure

§ Willing to be placed in Malinau (remote area)

Drill & Blast Engineer
(Kalimantan Area)

Requirements

§ Male, age maximum 30 years

§ Minimum S1 majoring in Mining Engineering

§ Min 2 years working experience in similar position

§ Must have a certificate "Juru Ledak Kelas 2"

§ Have a POP certification (in priority)

§ Mastering software (M. Office, Minescape, short plus) or (Minex is preferred)

§ Understand the process of blasting on coal mining

§ Willing to work under pressure

§ Willing to be placed at the project site (remote area) 

Mine Surveyor
(Kalimantan Area)

Requirements

§ Male, age maximum 35 years

§ Minimum S1 majoring in Geodesy Engineering

§ Min 3 years working experience in similar position

§ Have a POP certificate and certificate of "Juru Ukur Tambang" (preferred)

§ Mastering software (MS Office & Surfac)

§ Proficient in the operation of the survey instrument (Total Station)

§ Understanding the Process Mining, long-term planning and scheduling

§ Willing to work under pressure

§ Willing to be placed at the project site (remote area) 

Operator Trainer
(Kalimantan Area)

Requirements

§ Male, age maximum 35 years

§ Minimum high school education or equivalent

§ Min 3 years working experience in similar position

§ Have TOT & POP certificates (preferred)

§ Familiar with Microsoft Office (ord, Excel & Power Point)

§ Proficient in the operation and training process of 3 kinds of heavy equipment (Track & Wheel)

§ Ability to create training curriculum and assessment training

§ Willing to be placed in Malinau (remote area)
