The Company is based in Jakarta (domiciled in Soekarno Hatta
International Airport Jakarta) and having opereational area in the western part
of Indonesia. The Company was formed in 1984 and is fully-owned by the
Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Transportation. As of December
2011, Angkasa Pura II operates 12 airports in western part of Indonesia,
situated in Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Pontianak, Padang, Palembang, Pekanbaru,
Banda Aceh, Tanjungpinang, Jambi, and Pangkalpinang. PT Angkasa Pura II(Persero) also provides flight information services for Jakarta`s airspace
(Flight Information Region/FIR).Angkasa Pura II’s latest annual report
showed that its revenue amounted to Rp3,997 billion in 2012.
